Short answer: non-matching dragons
Dragons that do not match the suit they appear with. The matching pairs are red with craks, green with bams and white with dots.
The detail
When a hand says "opp. dragons", or prints the dragons in a different color from the suit beside them, use dragons that do not match that suit.
